SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 8 – Julia Khan sued
Penske Truck Leasing and
others for January 2020 crash
on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
On April
8, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Paul A. Engelmayer held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Counsel for
Penske said its vehicles had
been leased out to UPS - the
complaint named FedEx Ground.
The parties want
a stay of discovery, noting
that matters arising out of
the same accident are pending
in other jurisdictions.
The case is Khan
v. Z&D Tour, Inc., et al.,
