SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 11 – The Avon Company
sued Fareva Morton Grove, Inc.
over a ten year manufacturing
agreement.
On July 8,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Alvin K.
Hellerstein held a proceeding.

Judge Hellerstein
ruled that any additional
parties must be joined by
August 9 and set a next
conference for June 23, 2023
at 10 am.
