SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 4 – Neil Whyte is charged
with being a felon in
possession of ammunition, to
wit, a .40-caliber Winchester
shell
casing.
On
July 2, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Ronnie Abrams
held a change of counsel
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Whyte has written
Judge Abrams a hand-written
letter about ineffective
counsel, and non-return of
phone calls and letters.
Judge
Abrams relieved that lawyer
and appoint the CJA lawyer on
duty to step in. The case will
continue.
It is US v.
Whyte, 21-cr-105 (Abrams)
