SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 9 – Kenneth Robinson was
charged with trying to sell
ten kilos of cocaine. He
pleaded guilty on December 9,
2020.
On September 9 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
sentencing proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
The
Assistant US Attorney wanted
87 to 108 months. Judge Ramos
noted that Robinson is on the
older side and less like to
recidivate.
He sentenced him
to 30 months, and agreed to
self-surrender in 60 days,
recommending Fort Dix or
Otisville.
The case is US v.
Robinson, 20-cr-461 (Ramos)
