August 3 – Jaime Marquez
Rodriguez was charged, with
others, in a narcotics
conspiracy.
On August 3, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Valerie E. Caproni held a
change of plea proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
Rodriguez
said he had tried to buy five
kilos of cocaine and resell
it. The complaint listed 234th
Street and Broadway in The
Bronx (which used to be
Manhattan).
His
sentencing is set for November
10, at 10:30 am.
