SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 3 – Anthony Hamilton is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm, to
wit, a .357 magnum revolver
pistol.
He was
arrested on 152nd Street and
Third Avenue in The Bronx on
September 3, 2020.
On March 3, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

In January
Hamilton was granted pre-trial
release for an unsecured
$25,000 bond.
On March 3, the
matter was put over to June 9
and time excluded under the
Speedy Trial Act.
