Vazquez has an ongoing drug
case in New York, but is in
Puerto Rico.
On September 15 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Vazquez'
lawyer said his client needs
evaluation. Judge Ramos said
that could take some time.
He asked
for stepped up drug testing
and told Vazquez if he
backslides he will have no
choice but to sent him into a
facility in Puerto Rico.
