Hutsona is charged with wire
fraud and identity theft while
billing herself a big-wig
booking "models, musicians and
dancers in
Japan."
On January 13, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Jesse M. Furman held a
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
Hutsona is
out on $50,000 bond, secured
by $15,000 cash. The complaint
says, "it appears that Hudsona
stole money set aside for the
education of Victim-1's
children to fund her own
luxury lifestyle."
Judge Furman
picked a trial date, September
12, and excluded Speedy Trial
Act time until then. The trial
is estimated to last one week.
The case is US v.
Hutsona, 21-cr-299 (Furman)
