A.S.A.P. Logistics LTD under
the Lanham Act.
On
September 23, 2022, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Paul G. Gardephe held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Judge
Gardephe denied the
plaintiff's request for a
preliminary injunction. A
schedule had been set, with
fact discovery to be finished
by December 16. An affidavit
of service was filed on
October 3.
