SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 31 – Robert Rosenfeld
sued fuboTV and Edgar Bronfman
for alleged violations of the
Securities Exchange Act,
breach of fiduciary duty and
waste of corporate
assets.
On
March 31, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Jed S. Rakoff
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Rakoff said the defendants
have until April 21 to file a
motion to dismiss; discovery
is stayed pending resolution
of that motion.
The case is
