SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 19 – KeyBank sued Direct
Building Products Corp on
commercial
loans.
On September 17 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
KeyBank had
won a default judgment, and
the defendant now wanted to
vacate it.
Judge Ramos
disagreed, finding that the
defendant had been on notice.
So, not vacated and an order
will issue to be used for
collections in the District of
New Jersey.
