SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 23 – African-American and
Latino NYPD officers sued the
NYPD. Now it seems they have
been denied discovery they
asked for, with an inability
to enter 100 Church Street
being blamed.
On June 23
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave
held a proceeding in the case.

after hearing about the
difficulty still of entering
100 Church Street ruled that
the plaintiffs can move for
sanctions for spoliation; the
NYPD is denied leave to file a
motion for a protective order.
The case is
Raymond et al v. The City of
New York et al., 15-cv-6885
(Swain / Cote).
