SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 27 –
Wilfredo Torres sued NYPD, the
Department of Buildings and
Bellevue South South
Associates - he complained
about an illegal coal oven
then had his apartment raided,
he said.
On July 16 U.S.
District Court of the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Kevin H. Fox
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
In
the run up the conference
Torres had complained he
didn't know the time. But he
showed up, philosophic, saying
that he would follow whatever
the law demands.
He has not
consented to electronic
service of documents.
The case is
Torres v. NYC Police
Department et al., 16-cv-2362
