SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Aug 20 – Blockchain
Technologies Corporation sued
Robert Herskowitz and RVH Inc.
for allegedly reneging on a
$250,000 loan.
On August 20,
2020 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Sarah
Netburn held a discovery
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
While Peter R.
Ginsberg had been the one to
ask for the conference, by the
end of its Judge Netburn asked
him to file a motion to
withdraw as to certain
defendants, in the next two
weeks.
In the docket, it
is said that "Mr. Spanos is
severely ill with a chronic
resperatory illness. He will
sit for a deposition unless it
would severely compromise his
condition." These are the
courts amid COVID.
The case is
Blockchain Technologies
Corporation v. RVH Inc. et
al., 18-cv-9352 (Nathan /
Netburn)
