SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 6 – Perfume and
Cosmetics, Inc. has filed a
lawsuit for the non-delivery
of 51,000 united of Disney
Frozen 6-piece color
collection cosmetics sets.
On June 4,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Louis L. Stanton held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
complaint says "defendants
provided the plaintiff with
empty boxes and random,
mismatched component cosmetic
products that were
insufficient to form even a
single set."
Judge
Stanton said that lawyers know
how to settle cases when they
want to, and mentioned that he
will be out of the country
during one of the suggested
return dates.
He
specified that fact discovery
will run through September 17,
with a pre-trial conference on
December 2.
The case is AG
Perfume and Cosmetics, Inc. v.
TPR Holdings LLC et al.,
21-cv-1730 (Stanton)
