SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 11 – Maersk
sued Holiday Shipping for
failing to deliver cars and
other goods from the US to
African
ports.
On March 10, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Cronan extended Maersk's time
to submit a calculation of
damages until March 18, when
it should also indicate if it
intends to pursue any
remaining claims to trial and
if so, when, against a pro se
defendant.
The case is
Maersk Line A/S v. Carew,
19-cv-4870 (Cronan)
