Vierra-Newton and HVN Clothing
Inc sued Lomeway E-Commerce
(Luxembourg) d/b/a Zaful for
copyright infringement.
On
January 24, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Jesse M. Furman, after a 9 am
to 3 pm trial date in US v.
Michael Avenatti, held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
defendant, served under the
Hague Convention HVN said, did
not show up.
Judge
Furman granted a preliminary
injunction, requiring the
posting of a $10,000 bond.
The case is HVN
