SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 7 – Dave Minter is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm.
On March 5, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The trial
is set for May 24. Judge
Koeltl has ordered that Minter
be transferred to the MCC, so
his lawyer can prepare with
him. But who's his lawyer?
A Mr. Walters has
said Minter's family wants him
involved. But Judge Koeltl
said Minter's existing lawyer
is a good one, with no
conflict.
He remains on the
case. The case is US v.
Minter, 20-cr-389 (Koeltl)
