NY Court For Inaccurate Reports So
Experian Removed Now Equifax No Show

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 16 – Raymond Swainson
sued Experian, Equifax, Mohela
and TransUnion for "erroneous
and inaccurate reporting of
accounts." Experian removed
the case to federal
court.
On
August 16, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Ronnie Abrams
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
But while
Experian called in, the other
defendants - and Swainson -
did not. He is pro se and so
would seem to have an excuse.
But Equifax? TransUnion?
Another
proceeding has been set for
September 17, at 12:30 pm. The
case is Swainson v. Mohela et
al., 21-cv-5378 (Abrams)
