PayVicki sued Payvision US
Inc. under a merchant referral
services
contract.
On February 4, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge P.
Kevin Castel held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The dispute
involves the referral of
Travix International B.V.,
with annual revenue of $2.4
billion in 2018.
Judge
Castel ruled that depositions
are due by March 20, with a
next conference on February
14.
