SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 4 – Alexander Kalarickal
sued the Department of
Veterans Affairs for firing
him for retaliatory purposes.
The VA says he was asleep on
the
job.
On April 4, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Denise L. Cote held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Kalarickal
wants to depose Dr. Malloy,
Mr. Stumpo and Captain Ralph
Puma. Judge Cote said
discovery is ending on April
15.
Kalarickal
said he has a lawyer in or
from India, expert in these
matters. Judge Cote said a
lawyer must be admitted in the
SDNY.
The case is
Kalarickal v. Wilkie, et al.,
