SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 19 – MGG Investment Group,
LP sued Leonard C. Green &
Co., PA over the allegedly
improper sale of collateral
securing a series of loans
made to Zayat Sables by
MGG.
On March 16, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Katharine Polk Failla held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
A main
issue that arose was personal
jurisdiction.
The defendant was
told to submit a letter on the
issue in two weeks' time - and
to order up the transcript.
