SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 6 – Nichelle Swanson
sued Schindler Elevator Corp
and Kone Inc. for an elevator
accident that occured in 234
East 149th Street in the South
Bronx on September 27, 2018 -
that is, in Lincoln
Hospital.
On January 24,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Jesse M. Furman, after a
9 am to 3 pm trial date in US
v. Michael Avenatti, held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The plaintiff's
lawyer, not the main lawyer on
the case, said the plaintiff
will be coming in from
Pennsylvania to re-examine the
elevator in The Bronx.
Kone, Inc., it
appears may be getting out of
the case. In the background, a
dog was barking.
The case is
Swanson v. Schindler Elevator
Corporation et al.,
21-cv-10306 (Furman)
