SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 3 – David Liranzo
was charged in a cocaine
distribution
conspiracy.
On October 1 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a change of
plea proceeding, as he
prepared to preside over the
US v. Neil Cole trial. Inner
City Press covered the former,
and will cover the latter.
Judge Ramos cited Liranzo's
August 18 plea agreement, and
set sentencing for January 7.
The case is US v.
