SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 8 – Aureliano
Bruno sued Devin's Fish and
Chips for "egregious
violations of state and
federal wage and hours
law."
On March 8, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Jesse M. Furman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The store
is located at 747 Saint
Nicholas Avenue in Harlem and,
along with fish, it sells
fried chicken, "if you must
know." That's not intuitive
from the name, which says only
Fish & Chips.
Judge Furman
referred the case to the SDNY
annexed Mediation Program.
It is Bruno et al
v. Cory Realty, Inc. et al.,
21-cv-6391 (Furman)
