SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 19 – A dispute
about the distribution of the
Simple Wishes Hands Free Bra
has given rise to a
lawsuit.
On February 19,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
At issue
was inventory not returned in
Texas, some $1,600,000
worth. Damages are
estimated at
$750,000.
The parties
agree to complete discovery by
June 18.
The case is
Mizrahi et al v. Simple
Wishes, LLC., et al.,
20-cv-9200 (Woods)
