SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 19 – Namel Norris is
disabled and has sued Washland
of 794 Ninth Avenue for being
inaccessible, under the
ADA.
On
August 20 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Ronnie Abrams
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Norris or
his lawyer is alleging that
renovations could have but did
not address this. Judge Abram
referred the matter to
mediation.
The case is
