SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 14 – Christian Sanchez
sued Gibson Brands, the guitar
people, for having a website
allegedly inaccessible to the
visually challenged.
On
March 12, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge John G. Koeltl
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
These
cases have become routinized
in the SDNY and other Federal
courts.
Here it was said
it will probably settle
without further judicial
intervention.
The case is
Sanchez v. Gibson Brands,
Inc., 20-cv-10448 (Koeltl)
