Oct 13 – Yoomi Babytech in
Canada ordered 12 million
bottles of hand sanitizer from
Anvyl, Inc. - then says it
"failed in its work in nearly
every respect."
Yoomi sued Anvyl
and others including Legacy
Chemical
Corporation
On October 13 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Legacy Chemical Corporation
did not show up.
But Judge
Ramos was told that the case
management plan submitted was
on consent. Judge Ramos signed
it, including that all
discovery is due by September
30, 2022.
