SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 10 – Richard Bossuk sued
Augusta Sportswear, Inc. for
anti-Semitic discrimination.
On
September 2, 2022, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Denise L. Cote a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Bossuk's
complaint says he was told
that his supervisor Livermore
"is a good ol' boy from
Alabama, I wouldn't flaunt
your Judaism around that
guy." Soon Livermore
asked him, "Are you a 'seder'
guy?"
On September 2,
Judge Cote denied the
defendant's request for
discovery of the plaintiff's
tax return. A motion for
summary judgment is due by
November 4.
The case is
Bossuk v. Augusta Sportswear,
Inc. et al., 21-cv-8273 (Cote)
