March 22 –
Christopher Ansah
was convicted in an October
2021 trial of import / export
of stolen
vehicles.
On
March 22, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Jesse M.
Furman, who presided over the
trial, held his sentencing.

Judge
Furman spoke higher of Ahsah
but noted the need for
deterrence and respect for the
law. He imposed a sentence of
two years.
