Related Management Offered Text Therapy By App To Sabater Who Sued For Discrimination

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Feb 23 – Arcadia Sabater has sued Related Management Company for racial discrimination.

On February 23, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Gregory H. Woods held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

  Sabater, an African American woman, worked at RMC Affordable Housing in its office at 330 West 30th Street. 

  Before firing her, Related offerd her "Text Therapy, a web/app based service offered by Related Management."

  On February 23, a request to compel arbitration was ordered withdrawn, and the case was referred to Magistrate Judge Debra C. Freeman for settlement.

The case is Sabater v. Related Management Company, L.P. et al., 20-cv-10757 (Woods)
