Joffe Sued King & Spalding For Wrongful Termination Now He Will Testify 1st on Nov 9

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 22 – David Joffe is a lawyer who has sued King & Spalding for wrongful termination.

On October 18 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Valerie E. Caproni held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

There was talk of Joffe calling as witnesses some current King & Spalding employees.

The defense asked for notice, and about how they will be permitted to cross-examine.

Jury selection is set for November 9 - everything is tentative, these days, and holidays come after.

But on October 22 Judge Caproni held another conference, and Inner City Press again covered it. Joffe was asked what witnesses he will call. He will be the first witness, and a King & Spalding-er he's requesting come north from Atlanta. Judge Caproni said he runs a fast trial, to have next witnesses ready.

The case is Joffe v. King & Spalding LLP, 17-cv-3392 (Caproni)
