SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 29 – Diane Franklin sued
the MTA the discrimination,
stating that "I was called
retarded by a co-worker" and
was not assigned
overtime.
On March
29, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge John G. Koeltl held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Koeltl asked if the parties
would be amenable to
mediation, and they were.
He referred
the case to the SDNY's
Alternative Resolution Program
of mediation, and asked for a
status report seven days after
the mediation was over.
The case is
Franklin v. Doe et al.,
18-cv-6436 (Koeltl)
