Manhattan on December 18,
2017. He
sued.
On
October 14 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Initial
lead defendant Auto
Acquisition Company has been
dropped, at least from the way
it was called.
Judge Ramos
offered to refer the case to
SDNY Magistrate Judge Debra
Freeman.
He set a case
management conference for
April 14, 2022.
