SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 6 –
Exelon Generation Company sued
East Coast Power and Gas of
The Bronx, New York for
non-payment for
electricity.
On April 5, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
East Coast
Power and Gas has been served
at its 340 Jackson Avenue
headquarters. But it has not
appeared. Judge Cronan entered
a default judgment against it
for $536,159.29 and attorneys'
fees of $66,008.13.
The case is
