SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 13 – GalaxE Solutions
wants to know what is on
Suresh Pande's Google Drive,
and on a phone he says was
destroyed by
fire.
On April 13, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Katherine Polk Failla held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Pande
worked for GalaxE for nearly
five years, as EVP of Global
Operations.
On April 13,
GalaxE asked why it should
believe his statements about
not having particular files,
or the fire and his phone.
Pande's
lawyer has threatened to move
for sanctions, saying that
"the .PST folder was
'orphaned'" and was deleted
from Pande's Google Drive.
Judge Failla
opined that the parties were
speaking past each other.
The case is
GalaxE.Solutions, Inc. v.
Pande, 19-cv-4784
(Failla)
