SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 26 –Four plaintiff who
went for medical check ups at
The Rockefeller University in
the 1970s and early 80s and
were fondled, they say, by
Doctor Reginald Archibald,
have sued.
On April 26
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Jesse M. Furman held a
conference. Inner City Press
covered
it.
In a parallel
SDNY case before Judge Edgardo
Ramos, Archibald he quoted
that he could make children
taller - then measured their
man (or boy) hood.
Judge
Furman said fact discovery is
due November 4, and expert
discovery is due by January 4,
2023.
