SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 12 – Southern Telecom
licensed to use the trademarks
"The Sharper Image" and
"Sharper Image."
Then ThreeSixty
Brands Group bought the marks
and tried to transfer the
business to its affilate,
MerchSource, according to
Southern Telecom's
lawsuit.
On January
12 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
There was
talk of voluminous discovery
responses at the last minute,
and partial rulings for
ThreeSixty, but not on product
approvals.
The case is
Southern Telecom Inc. v.
ThreeSixty Brands Group, LLC,
20-cv-2151 (Liman)
