SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 7 – Natasha
Faison-Williams was in the
U.S. Army, working as a
driver, when she was injured
in a vehicle crash.
Then an operation
in a V.A. hospital left her
with ailments including
bilateral lower extremity
control. She sued.
On March 5,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Woods asked
about the V.A. operation or
operations.
Fact discovery is
to be completed by July 9,
only to be extended for true
good cause.
The case is
Faison-Williams v. United
States Of America, 20-cv-8329
(Woods)
