SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 27 – Anthony Lallave was
arrested for a narcotics
conspiracy, and later pleaded
guilty.
On October
27 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Valerie E. Caproni held
his sentencing. Inner City
Press covered it.
Lallave had moved out of the
Chelsea-Elliott Houses in
Manhattan as a condition of
his pre-trial release. He has
done much to help not only his
own children, but others.
Judge Caproni
imposed the mandatory minimum
of five years - then five
years of supervised release,
since she said he didn't know
why he committed the crime.
The case is
US v. Lallave et al.,
20-cr-536
(Caproni)
