Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Jesse M. Furman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Judge
Furman extended the time to
serve certain of the
defendants including Jiyson
Edelman until May 27.
As to the
presumptive defaulting other
Edelman defendants, he gave
until May 19 to file a motion
for default.
