SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 1 – Seafrigo USA has
sued MSC Mediterranean
Shipping Company S.A. over
some French cheese, to
preserve its rights while
another case proceeds in
France.
On April 1, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The SDNY case
concerns 2744 cartons of
cheese shipped from Le Harve
to New York on the SM TACOMA.
It was
called a "protective suit;" it
is Seafrigo USA Inc. et al v.
MSC Mediterranean Shipping
Company S.A. et al.,
