SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 8 – Quandell Hickman
sued for City officials'
confiscation of his sneakers,
which he says were signed by
"rapper Ray-mula," on August
7, 2020.
On March
8, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Woods had
previously ordered the
dismissal of the action for
failure to prosecuted, then
vacated that order when he
found that it had been mailed
to the wrong address.
But now, with a
new address used, Hickman did
not show up.
The case is
Hickman v. The City of New
York et al., 20-cv-7205
(Woods)
