discrimination.

Southern District of New York
Judge Denise L. Cote held a

environment, into promotion.
She ruled
that all fact discovery is sue
by November 18 - and that
before June 3 the parties
should contact the chambers of
still-new Magistrate Judge
Valerie Figueredo.
