SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 19 – Mark Rubenstein sued
Grigorios Siokas and Cosmos
Holdings over stock sales. Now
the fight is down to
settlement and attorney's

the Southern District of New
York Judge Katherine Polk
Failla held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge Failla,
while critiquing the
attorneys' work records in the
case, approved a $600,000
settlement and $120,000 in
fees, after a discussing of an
Akron Law Review article and a
recent decision by SDNY Chief
Magistrate Gabriel W.
Gorenstein, endorsed by
District Judge Andrew L.
Carter.
