SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 2 – Vegan chef Chloe
Cosarelli sued ESquared
Hospitality for abuse of a
Name, Face and Likeness (or
"NFL")
agreement.
On May 2, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Jesse M. Furman
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
On this and a
related case, Judge Furman
gave the parties until June 2
to file a stipulation of
dismissal, as they had
projected in an April 19
letter - or to file a status
letter in advance of a
conference setting a trial
date.
The Esquared case
is Coscarelli et al v.
Esquared Hospitality LLC, et
al., 18-cv-5943 (Furman)
