SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 9 – Charles Anderson has
been charged with failure to
register as a sex offender -
twice.
On
November 9 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Naomi Reice
Buchwald held a sentencing
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Anderson had left the shelter
and failed to register under
SORNA. Judge Buchwald
sentenced him to eight months.
Then a discussed
ensued about supervised
release. It was agreed that
five years was required by
statue and so much continue to
August 19, 2023.
