SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 16 – Kennin Dwayne
Jackson sued Corrections
Officer Tsoi and on June 16
U.S. District for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
But Mr Jackson
did not show up.
Judge Lerhburger
very quickly said Jackson had
not appeared, and accepted the
defendant's scheduling order
with a single modification. He
did not, as a colleague did,
call back in to see if Jackson
belatedly appeared.
Each Judge has
their own way.
This case is
Jackson v. Tsoi, 18-cv-09463
(Daniels / Lehrburger).
