SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 21 – Yo Sushi has been
sued for not paying overtime.
But lawyer Zhen Liang Li of 39
East Broadway has been too
many times
late.
On October 21 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Ona T. Wang
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Wang
told Li to not be late again,
or she would allow plaintiff's
counsel to apply to get back
back for its time spent
waiting.
The case is Xing
v. Aji Sushi Inc. et al.,
19-cv-6357 (Abrams / Wang)
